Ginger Mojito

Sarah develops recipes and concepts for her husband Nigel’s specialty food company, Coastal Goods. She lives with her family on Cape Cod, where she enjoys oystering and gardening as much as cooking.



  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz BAR IN A JAR spiced Ginger Mixer
  • 1 tb. Fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. light rum
  • 2 oz. club soda
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish


  1. Place mint, Ginger Mixer, and lime juice in the bottom of a tall glass and muddle together.
  2. Fill glass with ice and add the rum and the club soda.
  3. Stir and garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
