Virgin Strawberry Rhubarb Cooler

Sarah develops recipes and concepts for her husband Nigel’s specialty food company, Coastal Goods. She lives with her family on Cape Cod, where she enjoys oystering and gardening as much as cooking.

  • 1 oz. Nantucket Speakeasy Strawberry Rhubarb Mixer
  • 5 oz. chilled sparkling water
  • Orange slices for garnish


  1. Pour Strawberry Rhubarb Mixer into a glass, add a few ice cubes, and slowly add the sparkling water.
  2. Stir gently with a swizzle stick to blend.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice. (makes 1 cooler)
