Flank Steak with Evening Joe Coffee Rub

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Brush meat lightly on both sides with olive oil.
  2. Then rub evenly 2 tablespoons of Evening Joe Coffee Rub per pound of beef, pork,or chicken. For richer flavor, let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator before grilling, roasting or pan-frying your meat.
  3. Finish with a fresh squeeze of lime.
