We used to live on the island of Nantucket, where the conservation foundation runs several large cranberry bogs. One of my favorite things to do during Autumn was to watch the cranberry harvest. Millions of crimson berries, floating in the sparkling water, waiting harvest was a beautiful site. Naturally with such a local resource so close, creating Autumnberry Salt was a must.
