When I set out to create our own Umami seasoning blend, I knew soy, mushroom, anchovy and garlic needed to be key elements in the flavor profile. The resulting Ultimate Umami Seasoning is as earthy as it is pungent and I often think of the explosion of taste sensations as "bringing on the funk." I invite you to bring on the funk when preparing Asian-inspired stir-frys, noodles, dumplings and vegetables. The seasoning also makes a terrific addition to Caesar salad dressing.
