Here's a recipe for a delicious radish tartine.
- Remove the crusts from the bread slices and cut each slice into 3 rectangles.
- Spread a thin layer of butter over each bread rectangle. Arrange the radishes rounds on top of each piece of buttered bread and sprinkle a pinch of Sea Smoke over the top of each tartine. Garnish with a sprig of parsley or cilantro if desired. Serve at once.
