Tumbled Tomatoes

We wager you will never bother with labor-intensive crudites again after making these attractive and wonderfully tasty little tomatoes tumbled in our Sarah's Sea Salt blends. All the blends work in this recipe; chose one to suit your travel yens and taste buds.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  2 pints ripe grape tomatoes, red or yellow or a mixture of the two
  • 1 tablespoon any blend Sarah's Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Rinse the tomatoes in a colander, shaking off most but not all of the water. Toss and tumble the tomatoes with the Sarah's Sea Salt of choice to coat evenly with the seasoning. Transfer to a decorative serving bowl and garnish by tucking a few sprigs of fresh herbs in between the tomatoes. Serve with toothpicks either chilled for sultry days or at room temperature when there's a bit of chill to the air.
